So how do you become a digital nomad?

Find Your Niche

You have two options, find a niche that is popular or find a niche that you find incredibly interesting. People come in all different types of mentalities; some chase money, while others chase knowledge and self-growth. If you are fortunate enough to find a niche that fits into both options, you’ve hit the jackpot and it’s time to research, explore and brainstorm content.

Find Your Platform

It’s hard to be mobile when you have no income coming in. Now that you have your niche, it’s time to find your platform. It’s essential to research which is most logical for your niche and you. It needs to be something you can keep up with until you can monetize and expand. It could take many forms; Instagram; Facebook; YouTube; blogs; etc. Once you have one platform set up it makes it easier to grow into other platforms.

Take an Almost Leap of Faith

You will never have enough money. You will never have enough followers, likes or content. The moon and the sun will likely never align. Sometimes you do have to take a leap of faith. That being said, there is no reason why you cannot increase the likelihood of success of that leap of faith. Budget, plan and look ahead before taking that leap. Research and budget ahead in the places you will roam and explore. Calculate how much revenue you need to make to increase your odds of success.
